is her son and heir now at this court the said

did come and desired to be admitted tenant of the said premises to whom the lord of the said manor by the said steward did grant and deliver thereof seisin by the rod to have and to hold the said croft with the appurtenances to the said
Wm Creake
his heirs and assigns forever of the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the said manor by the rents services and customs due and he gave to the lord for his fine |
