| the said Eliz to Mathews Acre and the said several other parcels of land in fee tail | and afterwards in the same court the said Thos and Eliz did come and the said Eliz being first by the said steward being solely and secretly examined and consenting they the said Thos and Eliz did in open court surrender into the hands of the lord of the said manor by the hands of his said steward the said tenement and garden adjoining the said piece of land with a well in it the said croft of land called Olmested Croft with the barn there the said garden called Grapnells except as is before mentioned to be excepted the said piece of pasture and aldercarr the said 2a20p of meadow in Kemborne Meadow the said 1a of land late parcel of Tredgoulds Fenn and the said pasture enclosed with their and every of their appurtenances to the use of the said Eliz and of the heirs of her body lawfully begotten and for default of such issue to the use of the heirs and assigns of the said Eliz to which said Eliz desiring the same of the lord of the said manor by his said steward hath granted and delivered thereof seisin by the rod to have and to hold all and singular the said premises with their and every of their appurtenances except as is before excepted to the said Eliz and the heirs of her body begotten and for default of such issue to the heirs and assigns of the said Eliz forever of the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the said manor by the rents services and customs of the same respectively due and her fine was pardoned and she was admitted tenant |
