| Eliz to Glasiers in fee tail | and afterwards in the same court the said Thos and Eliz did come and the said Eliz being first by the said steward solely and secretly examined as the manner is and consenting they the said Thos and Eliz did in open court surrender into the hands of the lord of the said manor by the hands of his said steward the said parcel of land with the appurtenances to the use of her the said Eliz and to the heirs of her body lawfully begotten and for default of such issue to the use of the heirs and assigns of the said Eliz forever to which said Eliz desiring the same the lord of the said manor by his said steward hath granted and delivered thereof seisin by the rod to have and to hold the said parcel of land with the appurtenances to the said Eliz and to the heirs of her body and for default of such issue to the heirs and assigns of the said Eliz of the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the said manor by the rents and services due etc and her fine was pardoned |
