Grimwade a relief | at this court it was presented by the homage that Francis Grimwade who held for himself and his heirs freely by charter certain lands called Bacons Kings and Holmes by fealty suit of court and the rent of 3s4d per annum died seised thereof after which death a relief was due to the lord viz 3s4d and there was a precept to the bailiff to exact the aforesaid relief and that he should summon Thos Clerke to whom the aforesaid Francis by his last will bequeathed the premises to be here at the next court to make his fealty to the lord for the premises |
