| Jn Josselin senior guardian | and because the aforesaid Jn Josselin junior is under the age of twenty-one years viz aged 14yrs or thereabouts therefore at his petition the lord granted custody of the aforesaid tenement to the aforesaid Jn Josselin senior his father and by the aforesaid steward granted to him possession thereof by the rod to have to the aforesaid Jn Josselin senior until the aforesaid Jn Josselin junior should reach his full age of twenty one years without waste and strip to hold from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord etc by the rents and services thereunto belonging etc and to return an account of the profits of the aforesaid tenement to the aforesaid Jn Josselin junior at his aforesaid age of twenty one years and for such custody the aforesaid Jn Josselin senior gave to the lord for a fine |
