Francis Hunwicke junior to a parcel of Gosfenn | whereas at a court here held 3.4.14Chas2 it was presented by the homage that Eliz Hunwicke wife of Francis Hunwick and one of the daughters of Wm Prentice who held for herself and her heirs by copy of a court roll two crofts of land parcel of Gosfenn containing by estimation 7a and divided from the rest of the said Gosfenn died after the then last court thus seised thereof and that Francis Hunwicke junior is the son and heir but no one came etc now to this court came the aforesaid Francis Hunwicke junior and sought admittance as tenant of the lord of the premises to whom the lord by the aforesaid steward granted and delivered thereof seisin by the rod to have and to hold the aforesaid two crofts of land with appurtenances to the aforesaid Francis Hunwicke junior his heirs and assigns forever from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the aforesaid manor by the rents services and customs thereunto belonging and by right accustomed and he gave to the lord for a fine etc |
