memo that the aforesaid sum of 41li was paid by the aforesaid Ralph and Thos into the hands of Dan Willis of the colony of Connectacute in New England gentleman to the uses and separate behoofs of the legatees mentioned in the aforesaid testament and now living in the aforesaid New England by virtue of separate letters of attorney made by them in writing for the aforesaid Dan and here in court produced to receive their aforesaid separate legacies
