| enrolment of Thos Plumb senior and Thos Plumb junior | and after the aforesaid admission the aforesaid Thos Plumb senior in open court surrendered the aforesaid premises with appurtenances by the rod into the hands of the lord by the hands of the aforesaid steward to the use of the aforesaid Thos Plumb senior for and during the term of his natural life and after his decease to the use of Thos Plumb junior son and heir apparent of the said Thos Plumb senior for and during the term of his natural life and after his decease to the use of the rightful heirs of the said Thos Plumb senior and Thos Plumb junior forever to whom the same said Thos Plumb senior in person and the aforesaid Thos Plumb junior by the aforesaid Thos his father and his attorney in this part seeking this the lord by the aforesaid steward granted and delivered seisin of the premises with appurtenances by the rod to have and to hold the aforesaid premises to the aforesaid Thos Plumb senior for his natural lifetime and after his decease to the aforesaid Thos Plumb junior for his natural lifetime and after his decease to the rightful heirs of the aforesaid Thos Plumb senior and Thos Plumb junior forever from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the aforesaid manor by the rents services and customs thereunto belonging and by right accustomed and they gave to the lord for a fine etc |
