| admission of Wm Stebbing junior | whereas at a court here held 1.10.22Chas1 Hannah Hunt afterwards wife of Wm Stebbing senior gentleman was admitted for herself and her heirs to 7a of land with appurtenances called Little Bradfeilde now at this court it is shown by the homage that the aforesaid Hannah after the last court died and that Wm Stebbing junior is her son and heir and aged 8yrs or thereabouts upon which came here into court the aforesaid Wm Stebbing junior by the aforesaid Wm Stebbing senior and his attorney or deputy in this part and humbly sought from the lord admittance to the premises for himself as tenant to whom by his attorney the aforesaid lord by the aforesaid steward granted and delivered thereof seisin by the rod to have and to hold the aforesaid acres of land with appurtenances to the same said Wm Stebbing junior his heirs and assigns forever from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the aforesaid manor by the rents services and customs thereunto belonging and by right accustomed and he gave to the lord for a fine etc |
