and afterwards in the same said court the aforesaid Thos Osborne surrendered by the rod into the hands of the lord by the hands of the aforesaid steward all his customary messuages lands tenements and inheritances held of the aforesaid manor to such uses and such intents as are or will be declared in his testament of last will in writing
