| admission of Jn Crow | at this court it is shown by the homage that Jn Josselin customary tenant of this manor on 21.12.21Chas1 by the rod surrendered into the hands of the lord by the hands of Geo Toller instead of the bailiff and in the and in the presence of Robt Finch and Robt Crow two customary tenants of the aforesaid manor the same testifying etc one messuage lately built and 20a of land called Sandhills with appurtenances and which the aforesaid Jn at a court here held 13.7.1664 was admitted to the use and behoof of Jn Crow his heirs and assigns forever to whom the same said Jn Crow present here in court and humbly seeking this the lord by his steward granted and delivered seisin thereof by the rod to have and to hold the messuage and aforesaid lands and premises to the same said Jn Crow his heirs and assigns from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the aforesaid manor by the rents services and customs thereunto belonging and by right accustomed and he gave to the lord for a fine etc |
