admission of Jn Cressener gentleman whereas at a court here held 2.11.1653 Geo Cressener gentleman was admitted for himself and his heirs to one messuage from ancient times two tenements situate in Holstreete between the tenement of the aforesaid Geo Cressener and the tenement of Robt Hutton with a yard and garden and aforesaid appurtenances pertaining to the aforesaid messuage and whereas at a court here held 24.7.1650 the aforesaid Geo Cressener was admitted for himself and the heirs of his body procreated to one aldergrove called Tilekilnefenn lying between a croft called Wellcrofte on one part one head thereof abutting upon a parcel of Lowfeild and the other head upon the king's highway at the tilekiln on the other part as it is divided by the metes and bounds and whereas at a court here held 3.10.1643 the aforesaid Geo Cressener was admitted for himself and his heirs to one field or parcel of land called Chippen or otherwise containing 4a adjoining next to the hop ground called Chippin and to all that messuage lately built and one piece of land late parcel of Chippin containing 7a3r16p more or less with appurtenances now at this court it is shown by the homage that the aforesaid Geo Cressener after the last court died thus seised thereof and that Jn Cressener is his son and the heir of his body legitimately procreated who present here in court humbly sought from the lord admittance for himself as tenant to all and singular the aforesaid premises with appurtenances to whom the lord by his steward granted and delivered thereof seisin by the rod to have and to hold the aforesaid aldergrove to himself and the heirs of his body legitimately procreated and to have the other aforesaid premises with appurtenances to the aforesaid Jn Cressener his heirs and assigns from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the aforesaid manor by the rents services and customs thereunto belonging and by right accustomed and he gave to the lord for a fine etc
