whereas at a court here held 4.11.1657 Dan Harrington and Margt his wife were admitted to them and the heirs of the said Dan forever to one customary messuage or tenement and yard with appurtenances situate in Holt Street in Earls Colne now in the occupation of Joseph Andrewes now at this court it appeared to the homage that the said Dan died before this and the said Margt died before this court and that Eliz wife of Nath Taylor and Mary Harrington are daughters and coheirs of the said Dan Harrington and upon this the said Eliz Taylor and Mary Harrington by the said Nath Taylor their attorney humbly asked to be admitted etc to whom the lord by the steward delivered seisin to have and to hold the said messuage and yard with appurtenances to the said Eliz Taylor and Mary Harrington their heirs and assigns in coparcenary of the lord etc and they gave fine etc and fealty was respited etc
