with a yard adjoining containing by estimation 15p and also 16p of land parcel of

now at this court it appeared to the homage that the said

died after the last court and that
Peter Payne
of Ovington is her cousin and next heir who present in court humbly petitioned licence of the lord etc to whom the steward delivered seisin by the rod to have and to hold the said lands etc to the said
Peter
and his heirs of the lord etc and he gave for fine etc |
