and afterwards in the same court came the said Jn Josselin and surrendered into the hands of the lord the said premises to the use of Mary Day wife of Edw Day and her heirs forever which Edw Day as attorney or deputy was granted seisin by the rod to have and to hold the said parcel of waste with appurtenances to the aforesaid Mary Day her heirs and assigns of the lord etc and he gave the lord for fine etc and fealty was respited etc
