whereas at a court here held 3.4.1662 Ralph Josselin clerk took to him and his heirs by copy of court roll one parcel of waste containing 4p against the free tenement of the said Ralph late of Rich Nevill now at this court it appeared to the homage that the said Ralph died after the last court and that Jn Josselin is his son and heir who present in court humbly asked to be admitted etc to whom by the steward there is seisin delivered to have and to hold to the said Jn Josselin his heirs and assigns from the lord etc and he gave the lord for fine etc
