and after the admittance came Robt Smith and complained against the said Abraham Hales in a plea of land viz one messuage one orchard one garden and 2a of land with appurtenances in Earls Colne etc and Abraham brought Isaac Potter and Susan his wife to warrant and they brought Robt Warren to warrant and the said Robt Smith recovered against the said Robt Warren etc and Jn Payne bailiff of the manor delivered seisin to him etc and after the said Robt Smith and Abraham Hales surrendered the premises to the use of Isaac Potter his heirs and assigns forever who was admitted etc
