at this court it appeared that Jn Cressener customary tenant on 4.7.1715 surrendered by the hands of Sam Burton instead of the bailiff in the presence of Jn Hatch senior and Robt Harris all his customary messuage lands and tenements to the use of his last will and after the last court he died upon which first proclamation was made that the heirs of the said Jn Cressener or any others having an interest in the lands he died seised of should come etc but none came etc therefore etc
