at this court it appeared to the homage that Judith Falkoner widow customary tenant of this manor 4.4.1716 surrendered by the hands of Sam Burton instead of the bailiff in the presence of Dan Bayley and Hen Adams senior all that messuage or tenement called Prills once in the occupation of Robt Smith and Hen Hutton and then in the several tenures of Jn Bretton and Isaac Gladwyn or their assigns and held by copy to the use of the said Judith for the term of her life and after her death to the use of Robt Hum his heirs and assigns forever etc
