at this court it appeared that Jn Hatch before the last court died seised of certain copyhold lands and tenements and that before his death on 5.8.1717 he surrendered all his customary lands by the hands of Solomon Grimston deputy steward to the use of his last will and at this court came Susanna Hatch widow of the said Jn and showed his will dated 5.8.1716 by which he devised in the following words imprimis I give and devise unto Susanna my loving wife for and during the term of her life all that my copyhold messuage or tenement situate in Holt Street wherein I now dwell with all the houses outhouses and buildings yards and gardens thereunto belonging and the said Susanna was admitted etc and gave fine
