at a court held 8.4.1712 Dan Bailey was admitted to one tenement and garden called Matthewes Acre and one piece of land with a well in it late parcel of a tenement of Thos Elmsted one croft of land called Olmstead Croft with a barn thereon built held by the annual rent of 2s9d and also to one tenement with appurtenances called Flamans held by the annual rent of 8d and also to a certain parcel of land lying behind a tenement called Malthouse with a garden called Grapnells held by the annual rent of 2s and all services and after in the same court the said Dan surrendered all the premises to the use of his last will now at this court it appeared that the said Dan died after the last court upon which came Sarah Marriage and showed the will of the said Dan dated 27.5.1719 the tenor concerning the premises as follows item I give and devise unto my granddaughter Sarah Marriage and to her heirs all that my messuage or tenement wherein Jn Pratt and myself do now dwell with all the lands and appurtenances thereunto belonging and she is admitted etc and gave fine fealty respited
