at this court it appeared that Robt Harris died about the last court seised of lands and appurtenances called Haynes and Clotes containing 8a held by copy and that Robt Harris is his only son and heir who present was admitted etc and gave fine etc and because the said Robt is within age viz 3yrs therefore Rose Harris his mother was admitted as his guardian
