and after the said Judith and Eliz surrendered into the hands of the steward the said Eliz solely examined and consenting all the said cottage or tenement with appurtenances and 7a called Thredgolds Fenn to the use of Jn Pratt their father for the term of his life and after his death one half of the premises to the use of Judith Pratt and her heirs and assigns and the other half to the use of the said Eliz Clarke and her heirs and assigns and Jn Pratt came and was admitted etc and gave fine etc
