also it appeared that Jas Savill 24.4.1724 surrendered by the hands of Solomon Grimston gentleman deputy steward etc one customary cottage orchard and garden called Agnes Bridges situate at Colnford Mill to the use of Wm Miller of Stanway Essex yeoman on condition that if the said Jas Savill his heir executors etc pay to the said Wm the full sum of 21li at and upon the day mentioned in the surrender then the same would be void etc
