at this court it appeared that Francis Nelley of Poplar Middx mariner and Rachel his wife out of court on 21.2.last surrendered by the hands of Solomon Grimston gentleman deputy to Jn Wale esq chief steward the said Rachel solely examined and consenting all that close of land or pasture containing 8a called Lychards alias Newmans and also all that parcel of land called Glasiers containing 2a lying in Earls Colne in the tenure of Ben Crabb or his assigns to the use of Jn Harrington junior of Great Tey yeoman upon which he was admitted etc and gave fine etc
