also it appeared that on 17.3.last Frances Burton widow Sam Burton and Eliz his wife surrendered by the hands of Solomon Grimston deputy steward the said Eliz solely examined and consenting all that customary messuage or tenement and garden once Waite's situate in Earls Colne in the tenure of the said Frances and Sam or their assigns to the use of Wm Harrington of Great Tey on condition that if the said Frances Sam and Eliz pay unto the said Wm the full sum of 35li17s6d on 8.9.next then the surrender void
