also at this court it is found that on 24.4.1732 Jn Pratt Wm Clark and Eliz his wife and Judith Pratt did surrender by the hands of Solomon Grimston gentleman deputy steward she the said Eliz being first solely examined and consenting all that cottage or tenement with appurtenances and 7a of land called Thredgolds to the use of Sam Reeve of Earls Colne yeoman upon condition that if the said Jn Pratt Wm Clark and Eliz his wife and Judith Pratt or any of them or executors etc shall pay to the said Sam Reeve or his assigns etc 105li at the time and place mentioned in a certain surrender bearing even date with these by Jn Pratt etc to the said Sam of certain lands holden of the manor of Earls Colne then this surrender to be void
