whereas at a court held 11.3.last it was found that on 21.7.1733 Eliz Stebbing spinster did surrendered by the hands of Solomon Grimston gentleman deputy steward all those her 7a of land with appurtenances lying in Earls Colne called Little Bradfields to the use of Rich Argent yeoman and because none came etc therefore proclamation was made etc and also it was found that the said Rich Argent died before he was admitted now at this court came Hannah Argent only daughter and heir of the said Rich and was admitted etc and gave fine etc and because the said Hannah is an infant aged 12yrs therefore her uncle Thos Argent (may be Thos Argent) is admitted her guardian he rendering an account of the rents and profits of the premises when she shall come to full age
