at this court found that on 30.7.last Sarah wife of Robt Bridge only daughter and heir of Thos Littel gentleman deceased and the said Robt Bridge in the right of his wife did at the request of the trustees and in pursuance of a covenant contained in the marriage settlement of Jn Littel then son and heir apparent of the said Thos with Susanna Bryan spinster which said Jn Littel is since deceased without issue surrender by the hands and acceptance of Chas Wale gentleman deputy steward for that purpose legally constituted she the said Sarah first solely examined and consenting certain copyhold lands formerly Jn Church's called Stonebridge Ground also Boultinghouse Lane otherwise Boultinghouse Fenn containing 7a with appurtenances parcel of or let with a freehold farm called Parlabens to the only use of the said Susanna the now wife of Edw Foster for her life only and she was admitted to hold by the rent of 5s6d etc and gave fine etc
