also the homage found that on 2.9.1736 Sarah Brewster widow and Jn Brewster her son did surrender by the hands of Solomon Grimston gentleman deputy steward all their tenement and garden and rentary adjoining with appurtenances called Ruffles and one piece of land containing 2r with the appurtenances late parcel of Barnhawes in Earls Colne to the use of Sam Savill of Stistead gentleman upon condition that if the said Sarah Brewster and Jn Brewster their heirs etc shall well and truly pay to the said Sam Savill his executors etc the sum of 31li with lawful interest on 3.3.1737 without deductions in trust for the only use and benefit of Jn Brewster and Thos Brewster the two sons of Thos Brewster late of Stistead aforesaid wheelwright deceased then the said surrender to be void
