and afterwards the said Jn Ruggles surrendered the said two crofts of land called Perriscrofts otherwise Cookscrofts and also the said parcel of land with a pit formerly parcel of Sedcopps with appurtenances to the use and behoof of Eliz Sadler of West Mersey her heirs and assigns forever who came by Jn Dove gentleman as her attorney and was admitted etc and she gave fine etc
