at this court cometh after second proclamation Jane Halls spinster and was admitted as only daughter and heir of Andrew Hall of Hedingham Sible tanner deceased to all that messuage or tenement in Hedingham aforesaid called Gurnies with the yard garden and appurtenances thereto belonging unto which the said Andrew was admitted at a court held 21.4.1732 to hold by the annual rent of 1s11d etc and she gave fine etc
