at this court found that Sarah Brewster widow died since the last court seised of a tenement and garden and rentary adjoining with appurtenances called Ruffles and of one piece of land containing 2r with appurtenances late parcel of Barnhawes situate in Earls Colne unto which the said Sarah together with Jn her son since deceased were admitted at a court held on 30.3.1733 to hold to them and the heirs of the said Jn whereupon cometh into court Thos Brewster and was admitted as only brother and heir of the said Jn deceased to hold by the annual rent of 1s8d etc and he gave fine etc and did his fealty
