lying next to a garden of the said

containing in length 18rod2ft and in breadth to the eastern edge 1rod8ft and to the west edge 1rod2ft as by the metes and bounds etc the remainder thereof after their decease and of the longer liver to
Antho Sparrowe
and his heirs as in a view with court here held
saturday namely 31.7.1540
it was clearly shown she died after the last court seised of such estate and upon this to this court came
Antho Sparrowe
and sought admittance to the aforesaid garden by right of the said remainder and thus it was shown by the homage therefore he was admitted thereof tenant of the lord to whom the lord by the steward delivered seisin thereof to hold to himself his heirs and assigns from the lord as of the same said manor by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor etc and he gave to the lord his fine as is shown in the margin
