in the said Colne as by the metes and bounds etc the remainder thereof after their decease and of the longer liver to
Antho Sparrow

and his heirs as in the view with court here held
saturday being 31.7.1540
it was clearly shown she died after the last court seised of such estate and upon this to this court came the aforesaid
Antho Sparrow
and sought admittance to the said garden by right of the said remainder and thus it was shown by the homage therefore he is admitted tenant thereof of the lord to whom by the steward the lord delivered seisin thereof to hold for himself his heirs and assigns from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor etc and he gave the lord his fine as is shown in the margin
