it is shown by the homage that Jn Parker out of court and after the last court being upon his death bed surrendered into the hands of the lord by the hands of Barth Chyrche bailiff of the lord in the presence of Hen Pulleyn Jn Game and Jn Leffyngwell senior tenants of the lord the same testifying two crofts of land lying next to Wyldfeld with one containing 6a2r of land and the other croft of land containing 3a2r of land and now built on with a certain way pertaining and leading from the king's highway leading from Earls Colne as far as Coggeshall as by the metes and bounds etc to the use and behoof of Nich Parker his son and the heirs of his body legitimately procreated and in default of such heirs the remainder thereof after his death according to the intention in the form and effect of the last will of the said Jn Parker deceased as is clearly shown in the said last will etc who present in court came and sought admittance thereof and thus it was shown by the homage therefore he is admitted thereof tenant of the lord to whom by the steward the lord delivered thereof seisin to hold to himself and the heirs of his body legitimately procreated from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor etc and in default of such heirs the remainder thereof as stated above and he gave to the lord his fine as is shown in the margin and made fealty to the lord
