deceased and surrendered into the hands of the lord one tenement and eleven crofts of land and a garden containing by estimation about 23a of land etc called

lying the said Colne as by the metes and bounds etc with this intention viz that the lord should thus regrant seisin thereof of the said tenement and eleven crofts of land and garden with appurtenances to the aforesaid

during the whole term of her lifetime the remainder thereof after her decease to
Thos Leffyngwell
her son and the male heirs of his body legitimately procreated and in default of such heirs the remainder thereof according to the tenor form and effect of the last will of the said

deceased and the lord by virtue of the said surrender of the seisin of the said tenement and eleven crofts of land and garden at this present court by his steward regranted out of his hands the said tenement and other premises with appurtenances to the aforesaid

widow and her assigns during the whole term of her life from the lord by the rod etc the remainder thereof after her decease to the aforesaid

and the male heirs of his body legitimately procreated and in default of such issue the remainder thereof as stated above etc to whom by the steward the lord delivered thereof seisin to hold to herself and her assigns during the whole term of her lifetime the remainder thereof after her decease as stated above etc and she gave to the lord her fine as is shown in the margin
