and surrendered into the hands of the lord one tenement with garden adjoining called
Sextens Tenement
lying in the said Colne viz between a tenement of
Jn Sparrowe
on one part towards the west and the king's highway there called The Priory Lane towards the west one head thereof abutting upon the king's highway there towards the south and the other head thereof abutting upon a croft of land called
Sayntmaryecroft
towards the north as by the metes and bounds etc to the use and behoof of
Jn Beane alias Pudneye
and
Margt
his wife and
Jn
the son of the said

Margt
and their heirs who present in court came and sought admittance thereof and they were admitted thereof tenants of the lord to whom by the steward the lord delivered thereof seisin to hold to them and their heirs from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the manor etc and they gave to the lord their fine as is shown in the margin
