to this court came Wm Estey and gave to the lord for a fine for half of one croft of land called Tredgolds Croft alias Glasiers with one parcel of land lying at the west end of a certain croft of land called Brokhole as at the last court by order of the lord and his considered judgement it was given to him against Ann Ashefeld widow as shown in the said last court
