and there is a precept to the bailiff to seize into the hands of the lord one half of a croft of land called Tredgolds Croft alias Glasiers and half of a parcel of land lying at the west end of a certain croft of land called Brokhole sometime in the tenure of Walt Wingfeld deceased because Ann Ashfeld widow did not come to this court to claim the said land and by her absence it reverts to the lord
