whereas in a view with court here held monday namely 29.5.7Edw6 he took for himself as his right custody both of the body of a certain Geo Chatterton and of one cottage with garden adjoining and their appurtenances situated and lying in Earls Colne Churche St called Ballards as by the metes and bounds etc it was entrusted to a certain Edith mother of the said Geo during the minority of the said Geo and now at this court it is shown by the homage that the said Edith died after the last court and that the said Geo is under age namely 7yrs and more therefore custody of the body of the said Geo and of the said cottage in accordance with several considerations moved by the court were committed to a certain Xoph Walfar during the minority of the said Geo
