Hen Bird and Agnes his wife on the surrender of Robt Pierson to the reversion expectant on the death of Joan Pierson widow of one tenement with a garden adjoining called Mathewes Acre and of one piece of land in the which is a spring or well which was parcel of a tenement of Thos Olmested and also one croft of land called Olmesteds Croft with a barn built at the south end of the said croft and to one tenement called Flamemins and also to all that garden called Grapnells except and reserved out of the said surrender with a certain way in width two carts breadth between the said garden and a house late of Barth Church and also all that piece of aldercarr containing by estimation 4a late parcel of 10a called Tredgolds Fenn which said piece lies between lands of Jn Parker called Dagnall Hill towards the north and Colne Way leading from Earls Colne towards Colne Mead and the said aldercarr called Tredgold Fenn south one head abuts upon a pasture late Jn Pennock's west and also of 2a1r of land in Kemborne Meadow and also of 1a of land in Threadgolds late parcel of Thredgold Fenn late parcel of the demesne one head abuts upon a way aforesaid south and the other head upon Colne Meadow west another head upon Priestland north and the other head upon the residue of Thredgold Fenn to hold to the said Hen and Agnes except as excepted and to the heirs of the said Hen forever
