31: This monday my wife and I rode to Havingfeild: I from thence, Sep: 1: to Cranham. found my uncles well, and fair respect, in this business of my uncle Josephs land; die: 3: returned safe home, praised be god who kept us, and preserved us in our way, Mrs M. Church having in the meantime tenderly looked to my children I found them all well, and that my son Thomas his ague had left him, to god alone be praise: Lydia my former servant nursed my little daughter in the meantime.
