28: perfected an agreement with Goodman Paine , he is to have the close at the old rent 3li. per annum until Michaelmas in 1651. he is to lay on 80 load of dung, and sow it with barley this year, and with oats the next, and when both either of his crops of corn are taken off, then am I to have the pasture, and the layer of my cattle in it for the winters,
