was admitted tenant of the lord for her lifetime to grazing rights or rights of pasturage of one wood called
Haunsershedge
the remainder thereof after her decease to

for the term of the natural lifetime of the said
Jn Jolly
the remainder thereof after his decease to
Robt Jolly
and
Wm Jolly
sons of the said
Robt Jolly
deceased and the heirs of their bodies legitimately procreated now it is shown by the homage of this court that the said
Agnes
died after the last court seised of such her estates and premises upon which now to this court came the said
Jn Jolly
and sought admittance from the lord to his said remainder to whom the lord by his said steward granted seisin thereof to have to the same
Jn Jolly
and his assigns during the whole term of the natural life of
Jn
himself the remainder thereof as stated above to hold from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the said manor by the rents and services thereunto belonging and by right accustomed and he gave to the lord his fine as is shown in the margin and he made fealty to the lord and was admitted thereof tenant of the lord and the fines and admissions of the said
