was admitted tenant of the lord for himself and his heirs by the surrender of the said

to two closes of land parcel of the premises one of which lies between the demesne lands of the manor of Colne Priory called
Southfield
towards the east and north east and the other close of land parcel of the said
Bowerfields
towards the south west one head thereof abutting upon the demesne lands of the said Colne Priory called
Milles
towards the north west the other head thereof abutting upon two pightles of land parcel of the said
Bowerfield
towards the south east and the other close of land lying between the said demesne lands of Colne Priory called
Southfield
towards the east and also a parcel of land parcel of the said
Bowerfield
towards the west one head thereof abutting upon the said close towards the north the other head thereof abutting upon a certain way towards the south and containing altogether by estimation about 7a3r7p and whereas also it is shown by the homage of this court that out of this court and after the last court the said
Thos Wade
surrendered half the remaining two crofts of land and the other premises into the hands of the lord to the use and behoof of the said
Thos Wade
and his assigns for the natural lifetime of

himself the remainder thereof after his decease to a certain
Robt Parker
and
Eliz
one of the daughters and the heir of
Thos Wade
and to the heirs of
Robt
himself forever now to this court came the said
Thos Wade
and in full and open court surrendered into the hands of the lord by the hands of his said steward the other said half of the remainder of the land and the said tenement to the use and behoof of the said

and his assigns for and during the whole of the natural lifetime of

himself the remainder thereof after his decease to

now wife of the said

for and during the whole of the natural lifetime of

herself the remainder thereof after her decease to

present here in court the lord by his said steward granted and delivered the seisin of the said half to have to the same
