to this court came Thos Game and sought a grant of a licence to hand over and to let to farm to a certain Sam Game his brother part or all of his share of certain of his lands and tenements called Bettingesland held from the same manor by copy of court roll for the term of twenty one years next following after this court and it is granted to him etc saving during that time to the lord all and every of the rents services and customs owed and by right accustomed according to the custom of the said manor and the said Sam Game gave to the lord his fine for such a licence as is shown in the margin etc
