to this court came Thos Harlakenden gentleman in person and acknowledged himself to have received and to have of the aforesaid Edw Brewer the said sum of 40s in the manner and form as contained in the said conditions above and he pronounced the aforesaid Edw his heirs executors and administrators to be completely released thereof and acquitted forever
