was admitted tenant of the lord for himself and his heirs by the surrender of the said

to two parcels of the said land containing altogether by estimation about 7a3r7p according as it is shown in the said court now at this court it is shown by the homage that out of this court and after the last court the said

surrendered into the hands of the lord by the hands of

instead of the bailiff in the presence of

customary tenants of the lord and the same testifying according to the custom of the said manor half the remainder of the said lands and other premises to the use and behoof of the said

and his assigns for and during all the natural lifetime of
