to this court came Jn Reade son and heir of Robt Reade deceased and by the last will and testament in full and open court acknowledged himself to have received and had from Thos Prior and Agnes his wife upon the feast of michaelmas last past the sum of 80li etc in complete fulfilment of the certain conditions mentioned and expressed in the same said surrender made by the aforesaid Robt Reade to the use and behoof of Thos Prior and Agnes his wife and the heirs of Agnes herself of certain lands and customary tenements called Bridgemans held by copy of court roll of this manor
